MEET SHERIFF LAMB
Sheriff Mark Lamb is a husband, father, grandfather, and God-fearing patriot. Lamb has served as Sheriff of Pinal County since 2017. Lamb serves on the frontlines at the Southern Border, fighting the criminal cartels to prevent the flow of deadly fentanyl and human trafficking. In 2020, Sheriff Lamb took a courageous stand against COVID lockdowns, as well as mask and vaccine mandates, ensuring that his people lived free, businesses remained open, and children stayed in school. Through this steadfast dedication to liberty, Lamb earned the nickname “America’s Sheriff”.
Now, Lamb is determined to take his fight to the U.S. Senate. Our Constitutional rights are under attack, the timeless values of our Republic are eroding, and America’s standing on the world stage has been imperiled by the failed leadership of Joe Biden and the Democrats. Lamb will fight to secure the border, stand up for Law and Order, protect the Second Amendment, bring fiscal sanity to Washington, and restore American strength on the world stage. "The Republican formula to victory in November is simple. Keep the Republican base and win Independents. Kari Lake does neither. This election is too important to accept another Republican loss in a general election."
PHOENIX AZ -- U.S. Senate candidate Mark Lamb today commented on the latest public opinion poll to show Kari Lake increasingly unlikely to win a general election contest against Democrat Ruben Gallego. A Noble Predictive Insights poll conducted May 7-14th shows that Kari Lake is disliked by 55% of Arizona voters and trails President Trump in every issue category and demographic.
Among voters who have an opinion of both Lake and Gallego, Lake is down -14 points. The Lamb campaign's internal polling shows that among voters who have an opinion of both Lamb and Gallego, Lamb trails Gallego by single digits.
"In one week, we have two polls showing Kari Lake trailing Democrat Ruben Gallego by double digits in the general election. Her negatives are too high, Independents won't vote for her and she loses 17% of the Republican base. That's a recipe for Republican disaster in November, and we aren't going to allow that to happen. With our border wide open and inflation destroying the middle class, the stakes are too high for Arizona and for our nation," Lamb said.
"Republicans can win in November if we nominate a strong conservative who has a record of winning general elections. In a state divided equally between registered Republicans, Independents and Democrats, it's critical that Republicans attract Independent voters. I'm proud to say that I've won both of my elections for Sheriff by large margins with broad support from all Arizona voters, regardless of party affiliation.
"Arizona can't afford to have Ruben Gallego join Mark Kelly in the U.S. Senate. That would give conservative Arizona the most liberal delegation in the nation. I know Republicans are concerned about losing , and so are Independents. I've heard them and we are going to join together to win in November and defeat Ruben Gallego," Lamb said.
