MEET SHERIFF LAMB
Sheriff Mark Lamb is a husband, father, grandfather, and God-fearing patriot. Lamb has served as Sheriff of Pinal County since 2017. Lamb serves on the frontlines at the Southern Border, fighting the criminal cartels to prevent the flow of deadly fentanyl and human trafficking. In 2020, Sheriff Lamb took a courageous stand against COVID lockdowns, as well as mask and vaccine mandates, ensuring that his people lived free, businesses remained open, and children stayed in school. Through this steadfast dedication to liberty, Lamb earned the nickname “America’s Sheriff”.
Now, Lamb is determined to take his fight to the U.S. Senate. Our Constitutional rights are under attack, the timeless values of our Republic are eroding, and America’s standing on the world stage has been imperiled by the failed leadership of Joe Biden and the Democrats. Lamb will fight to secure the border, stand up for Law and Order, protect the Second Amendment, bring fiscal sanity to Washington, and restore American strength on the world stage. Mark Lamb says Kari Lake's "coward" comment "a slap in the face of every man and woman who wears a badge and uniform and upholds our laws. It shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how our justice system works."
"Those of us in law enforcement deal with bullies like her and much worse every day. No one gets special treatment. Not even Kari Lake."
"I get it. Kari Lake is upset she lost her election. It's time she takes some personal responsibility for losing an election she was supposed to win.
PHOENIX AZ -- U.S. Senate candidate Mark Lamb statement:
"I have received numerous calls and texts from supporters stating that they were appalled by Kari Lake's comment that I am a "coward" for not doing her bidding regarding the 2022 election results.
"While I personally didn't allow her comment to upset me, as I've been called worse, it's obvious that Kari Lake thinks our justice system and laws exist to benefit her, without regard to evidence or facts. Those of us in law enforcement deal with bullies like her and much worse every day. No one gets special treatment. Not even Kari Lake.
"I took an oath of office to support and defend the U.S. Constitution and uphold law and justice. I have to deal with facts, not opinions or feelings. I get it. Kari Lake is upset she lost her election. It's time she takes some personal responsibility for losing an election she was supposed to win.
"I have stated numerous times that I encouraged individuals regardless of political party affiliation to bring solid evidence of election violations to me, so that the Pinal county Sheriff's could investigate and potentially prosecute these bad actors.
"No one, not even Kari Lake, presented anything to me indicating widespread material of fraud.
"Kari's use of the word "coward" is a slap in the face to every man and woman that upholds our laws and wears a badge and uniform. Her blatant disregard for the rule of law is not what Arizonans would expect someone running for the United States Senate to ever say, especially during what was supposed to be a civilized political discussion.
"Kari's statement is yet another example of why she has a negative 55% approval rating. I am a uniter, not a divider. I will always follow the letter of the law, regardless of any individual who suggests I do otherwise."
